Art Melbourne has come and gone....Thank you to all who visited us at E10.
We will be returning in 2010. A group exhibition at Manyung Gallery in August
and coming workshops in Melbourne were some of the unexpected outcomes.

The Toowoomba evening workshop was fun. It went for 3 hrs and one participant was
fired up to paint til 1 am. I have been accepted to do a full day Creative Process and
Professional Practice workshop at FEHVA Festival at Bangelow in May . Places will be
available. This week I did a video interview for the new Bribie Island Seaside Museum around my
history there as a child and my professional fisherman dad. My art will feature so I look
forward to seeing the outcome of this video. My passion for painting and researching the creative process keeps the days very busy and
we are currently preparing for a visit to see Gernot Dick in Atlin, B.C. in a few months. You
can read about him in my bookGleaner or Gladiator; the struggle to create ArtClique
will be publishing my new book next year about the spiritual journey of creating art and this
visit will be about renewing the inspiration from my first encounter with Gernot nine years
ago. Where has that time gone...This week small new paintings are going to Harrisons Gallery in Tauranga New Zealand
and Kingfisher Gallery in Perth. Next week I deliver Passages 1 shortlisted for the Moreton
Region Art Awards along with daughter Kym Brunne's photography shortlisted in the
photographic Awards.
